Selling Sunset’s Chrishell Stause and Jason Oppenheim have split just five months after they confirmed their romance.
Chrishell, 40, and the Oppenheim Group cofounder, 44, had gone public with their relationship while on a romantic vacation with their co-stars in Italy this July.
The couple are said to have ended their relationship ‘recently’ according to PEOPLE.
‘Chrishell and I became close friends and it has developed into an amazing relationship,’ Jason said in a statement in July about their romance.

He added: in a statement at the time. ‘I care about her deeply and we’re very happy together.’
The news of their relationship had come as a shock to fans of the Netflix reality series, who were used to seeing Chrishell and Jason work in a professional manner together.
It was later revealed that couple had been dating for at least two months before they went public, meaning their romance has lasted around seven months in total.

Interestingly, just four days ago Chrishell spoke about how finding the perfect partner is more about ‘chemistry’ than ‘height’ and declared that women who overlook shorter men in the dating pool are ‘missing out.’
5′ 6″ Chrishell, who is taller than her 5′ 3″ now-ex Jason, added that the focus on stature is ‘ridiculous’ in this day and age.
Similarly, Jason also spoke about their relationship just this month, telling UsWeekly: ‘I think when [a relationship is] public, it puts a lot of just added pressures and publicity and opinion.’

Jason also divulged that Chrishell was the reason behind the decision. ‘I followed her lead on things, and I respected her decision making on that.’
He stressed that he wanted the relationship to develop organically. ‘It’s nice to kind of start a relationship in the way that normal relationships kind of grow and progress. And that’s just between two people.’
Prior to becoming involved with the entrepreneur, the actress was married to Justin Hartley, with whom she tied the knot in 2017.
