One of Sydney’s most popular fashionistas has tied the knot.

Posting to Instagram following their celebrations, the bride shared a sweet couple selfie as the pair cosied up together on their big day.

In the picture, Heidi, 50, was the picture of casual elegance in a one-shoulder white gown.

She had her short blonde hair slicked back in an edgy style and accessorised with glam statement earrings.

Meanwhile, the groom looked dapper in black pants, a white shirt and a traditional black bow tie.

Michael appears to be very private, so much so that his face wasn’t captured in any of the wedding photos that were shared to social media.

Two years ago, Heidi and her new husband began dating via a long-distance relationship as she was based in Sydney, while he was working in Brisbane, where he runs The Calile Hotel in Fortitude Valley.

Heidi was once married to Sydney businessman turned meditation guru Nicholas Plowman.

In 2017, she announced her split from husband Nicholas ‘Nicho’ Plowman.

The fashion designer revealed the 14-year union’s sudden end in an interview with Sydney Morning Herald at the time.

Heidi said: ‘After 14 happy years together, we have made the decision to separate.’

Heidi and Nicholas tied the knot in 2003 and share two daughters, Elka and India.

‘We remain close and are dedicated to co-parenting our daughters. Our family will continue to live in France,’ she added at the time.

Despite owning a holiday home in Sydney’s Palm Beach, she insisted the family would remain abroad, but she returned to Australia shortly after their split.

The family first moved to a towering chateau in a picturesque region in the south-west of France in 2015 after Heidi and her Sass And Bide co-founder Sarah-Jane Clarke sold the remaining ownership of the band to Myer.
