Former Manchester United midfielder Ryan Giggs has finally sold his old house for £2.7million after being forced to slash the price by £800,000, according to The Sun.
The 48-year-old had been trying to sell the five-bedroom mansion for more than two years without any success, as stated in the report.
Giggs used to live in the luxury family home in Worsley, Greater Manchester, with his ex-wife Stacey and their two children before the couple divorced in 2017.
According to The Sun, the mansion, which is on a secure gated plot, boasts a swimming pool, cinema room and bar.

The former Wales international now lives in a £1.7million property near to his old home, which he used to share with ex-girlfriend Kate Greville.
Giggs will go on trial this month accused of beating up the 36-year-old and controlling and coercive behaviour.
He is also accused of assaulting Ms Greville causing her actual bodily harm, and common assault of her younger sister, Emma Greville, at his home in Worsley, Greater Manchester, on November 1 last year.
Giggs has denied the allegations and pleaded not guilty to all charges but has stepped down as Wales manager.
