Kyly Clarke was spotted checking out a house inspection with her young daughter Kelsey Lee in Sydney on Saturday.
The 40-year-old, who shares Kelsey Lee, five, with her ex-husband Michael Clarke, looked cheerful as she viewed the sprawling property in Botany, before treating her youngster to ice cream at a nearby McDonald’s.
The duo have been living in a luxurious $2million rental in Bondi since Kyly split from retired cricketer Michael in September 2019, after seven years of marriage.

The area is further away from the bustling shores of Bondi and is located near Sydney Airport. It is also close to cafés, restaurants and an aquatic centre.
For the outing, the fitness guru dressed casually in a green vest and tiny black shorts, which showed off her toned pins to perfection.
She teamed her look with a pair of white sneakers, and wore her hair in a tight bun.

Kyly and Michael sold their five-bedroom, six-bathroom marital home in Vaucluse for a rumoured $10million in February 2021.
The couple split in September 2019 after seven years of marriage, but didn’t reveal their break-up until February 12, 2020.
In a statement at the time, the Clarkes said the ‘amicable’ decision to separate was ‘the best course’ for their daughter.
