Ilkay Gundogan and his model fiancée Sara Arfaoui shop on Rodeo Drive

They announced their engagement in December last year.

And Ilkay Gundogan, 31, and his model fiancée Sara Arfaoui looked the picture of happiness as they cosied up during a shopping trip on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills.

Sara, 26, lovingly wrapped her arms around the Manchester City player’s neck as they packed on the PDA during their outing. 

Ilkay Gundogan is among the plethora of Premier League players taking in some sun and enjoying a well-earned rest during the two-week winter break.

Sara flaunted her midriff in a blue crop top teamed with a pair of high-rise jeans and a pair of white trainers, while sporting a chic red rucksack on her back.

She wore her brunette tresses loose and sported a pair of quirky shades. 

Sara shared an insight into their day on her Instagram Stories, videoing them both as they drove to Venice beach.

She revealed they enjoyed a lavish lunch at Gucci Osteria and visited the beach.

Ilkay cut a cool figure in a white T-shirt , which he teamed with slouchy mauve trousers and a pair of chunky white  trainers.

He wore a black jumper over his shoulder with a pair of gold-rim shades and looked every inch the cool customer.

Ilkay announced their engagement with a sweet snap showing off Sara’s ring on his Instagram page on December 6.

The couple met in 2021 and got engaged later the same year.

Ilkay decorated a hotel room with an abundance of flowers and balloons, some of which spelt out the words ‘I love you’.

Sara, who was born in France but moved to Italy at a young age, is a popular TV presenter in the country on the channel Rai 1.
