Louisa Lytton hails daughter Aura, 4 months, her best friend

Louisa Lytton has shared a heart-melting series of snaps of herself and her four-month-old daughter Aura on Instagram.

Writing on Thursday, the EastEnders star, 32, called little Aura her ‘bff’ as the pair cuddled up together.

In one photo, Louisa sweetly planted a kiss on her daughter’s hand and in another the mother-daughter duo giggled away.

A third snap saw Louisa and Aura looking straight down the camera’s lens.

Aura has inherited her mother’s bright blue eyes and looked adorable in a pink top.

Louisa looked typically radiant without so much as a spot of make-up on and wore her hair swept from her face.

It comes after Louisa revealed she’s named her baby daughter -who she shares with fiancé Ben Bhanvra – Aura Olivia after she welcomed her first child following a three day labour in September.

Speaking to OK! magazine in October, Louisa, who plays Ruby Allen on the soap, revealed she ended up giving birth through emergency C-section.

‘She was a few days early but after my contractions started, she really took her time,’ she explained.

‘I was in labour for three days and I ended up having an emergency C-section. Clearly she’s going to be very dramatic like her mum!’

Explaining that Olivia is her grandma’s middle name, Louisa added, ‘People keep asking us where Aura came from, but we don’t really know! It was on our list. We just both loved the name, and we don’t know anyone else with it.’

The former Strictly Come Dancing constant admitted she and her partner sobbed when they met their tot for the first time since it was ‘such an ordeal to get her there’.

Louisa and Ben announced her pregnancy in a heartwarming Mother’s Day post in March.
