‘They’re lovely together!’ Faye Winter hints at romance between Love Island pal Liberty Poole and Dancing On Ice partner Joe Johnson and gushes he’s ‘the male version of her’
Faye Winter has hinted at a romance between her fellow Love Island pal Liberty Poole and her Dancing On Ice partner Joe Johnson.
The former estate agent, 26, said that the ice skating pair – who are currently giving it their best shot in the competition – are ‘lovely together’ and that Joe ‘is the male version of her’.
Birmingham beauty Liberty, 22, and American professional dancer Joe, 27, are paired on this year’s ITV series and often share cosy snaps rehearsing together.

Faye told Ok! Magazine of their connection: ‘I don’t know, I mean I wouldn’t be against it! They’re lovely together. He’s literally the male version of her.’
She went on to say: ‘But I think she’s really concentrating on herself at the moment. This year she’s had to deal with so much bless her, which played out in front of the whole UK.
‘She’s focusing on herself and being happy, and when you focus on yourself good things happen.

‘I can’t wait to see what she does next and who she’s going to be dating next, they will be very lucky!’
Liberty was coupled up with Jake Cornish on last summer’s Love Island but ended their romance before the final after realising his affections weren’t genuine.
It comes after Liberty wowed as she made her Dancing On Ice debut earlier this month.
The skating pair were praised for being a ‘whole vibe’ after the routine to Little Mix’s Shout Out To My Ex earned them scores of 6.5 from all four judges, with Liberty gushing that it was ‘the most surreal experience ever’.

Following the performance, viewers flooded Twitter with claims that she had ‘thrown shade’ at her former partner in the famous villa, Jake, with her song choice.
One fan hilariously began: ‘This a song dedicated to Jake #DOI #DancingOnIce,’ with a second adding: ‘The song Liberty danced to was clearly aimed at Jake #DancingOnIce.’
Others chimed in with: ‘Liberty really skating to ‘shout out to my ex’, and, ‘Liberty Poole dancing to Shout Out to My Ex has me creasing #dancingonice.’

Before performing with Joe, Liberty gushed about their chemistry, saying: ‘We have so much laughter every day.’
Judge Ashley Banjo also picked up on their chemistry, telling the pair: ‘You two together are a whole vibe and that comes out in the choreography.’
Liberty has previously explained how her reason for joining this year’s star-studded lineup derived from nostalgia.
Speaking to MailOnline she said: ‘I’ve always watched the show with my mum. It’s quite a nostalgic thing, me and my mum always used to watch it every Sunday.’
