Women are posting incredible before-and-after photos of themselves reaping the benefits of at home facial massage for a tighter, sculpted and more lifted appearance.

In the popular before and after photos, the women share pictures of how they’ve used FaceGym’s revolutionary skincare tools, inspired by their iconic facial workouts, for an instant lift – without needles or a surgeon.

Users who can’t get to the studio are reaping the benefits at home using a range of easy-to-use at-home tools, including the FaceGym Face Ball £25 and FaceGym Multi-Sculpt £45, which, it is claimed, can help re-shape the face, tighten skin and banish saggy jowls – and that’s the shortlist.

Like a body workout, the FaceGym routine involves a warm-up where a mini yoga ball is rolled over the face to stimulate muscles, reduce eye and face puffiness and get the blood flowing – similar to a stretch before you exercise.

Next, just like a studio workout, the FaceGym Multi-Sculpt six-edged gua sha tool sculpts the complexion helping release blockages in the muscles and aiding lymphatic drainage to depuff the skin and soften fine lines.

Facial massage not only leaves skin fresh looking and stimulate skin cells to grow but also prompts circulatory stimulation to enhance the absorption of products.

And fans were quick to share their praise for the transformation after trialing FaceGym’s skincare tools for just seven days, with one writing: ‘Just wanted to say how much I’ve loved doing the at home workouts from the IG Lives!

‘My face looks so much more defined (especially my jawline omg) and I’ve not decided against getting fillers, which I was considering before… literally can’t believe how effective they are.’

‘It’s also just been so amazing for my mental health to just do something for myself every day, even if it’s only 5 minutes. Thank you!!’.

Another posted: ‘I have been doing it for 2.5 weeks and my jowls are virtually gone! Thank you!’

Businesswoman Inge Theron founded the company after she discovered the power of facial massage while detoxing from the injectables and other invasive treatments she had become addicted to during her years as a Financial Times beauty writer.

‘If you’ve ever gone to a bootcamp or worked out your body, you know the great benefits you get from regular workouts, the muscles strengthen, and the skin becomes tighter and healthier – it’s exactly the same for your face too,’ she explained to MAIL BEST.

She added: ‘There’s nothing I love more than seeing how FaceGym is helping people all around the world to smash their skin goals and feel ultimate skin confidence!’

How to give yourself a FaceGym workout at home

1. Starting with clean hands and a cleansed face, begin your workout with the warmup using the FaceGym Face Ball.

Like a mini yoga ball for the face this helps to stretch out tight muscles, release tension and aid lymphatic drainage, boosting your overall facial muscle flexibility, while toning and strengthening too.

The FaceGym Face Ball and Multi-Sculpt tools both come with an exclusive QR code on pack to unlock full workout tutorials.

2. Next, grab your favourite facial oil. We recommend FaceGym’s Face Coach Oil, an award-winning, powerful antioxidant face oil with Squalane and Coenzyme Q10 that’s suitable for daily facial workouts.

Apply to your face and neck and massage into the skin to help the Multi-Sculpt tool glide smoothly over the skin without dragging.

3. The FaceGym Multi-Sculpt tool is high-performance gua sha tool that’s perfect for contouring. Made from stainless steel, it has six unique edges to work different areas of the face and helps to define, depuff, plump fine lines, release blockages and reduce facial tension.

It’s a great tool for easing common jawline tension. Using the grip edge, place your chin into the grip and holding the tool at a 15-degree angle and gently sweep it from chin to ear, feeling the muscle tension releasing. Repeat for five to six sweeps on either side of the face.

4. Once you’ve completed the moves above, always finish a face workout with some light lymphatic drainage to drain any unwanted toxins left from the face and neck.

Remember to leave your facial oil on the skin to really reap the benefits. Finish with your daily moisturiser and always remember your SPF for optimal protection.

Keep up with facial massage and exercises regularly to maintain results and build muscle memory.
