Peter Andre says daughter Princess ‘hasn’t mentioned’ following in Katie Price’s modelling footsteps

Katie Price may have earned a name for herself in the modelling industry. 

But her daughter Princess, 14, has not shown interest in mirroring such a career, revealed Peter Andre.

Writing in his latest column for new! magazine, Katie’s ex-husband and Princess’ father Peter, 49, joked that he would be open to the teen becoming a nun once she’s 16. 

He said: ‘Princess is most interested in music and theatre right now and hasn’t mentioned modelling.

‘But once she’s 16, I’ll be more open to her exploring things like becoming a nun – or nun’s assistant LOL.’

Peter is a doting father of four, sharing both Princess and Junior, 16, with Katie while also parenting eight-year-old Amelia and Theodore, five, with wife Emily. 

Junior is a budding musician with his first track scheduled for release this spring. 

He has his father’s full support and guidance, which Peter alluded to in his column. 

‘I was 16 when I signed my first deal, because my dad wouldn’t let me sign it before I was 16.

‘When I was taking Junior into the studio when he was 15 and he got offered the deal, I told him he wasn’t allowed to sign it until he was 16 either. So it was like history repeating itself,’ he explained. 

The Mysterious Girl hitmaker raised fears of his son getting ‘thrown into the lion’s den’, but hopes he will be ‘okay’ due to the daily conversations they have.

Drawing on their similarities, the I’m A Celebrity alum revealed that Junior’s initial plan was acting but he is a ‘talented’ songwriter. 

With Princess setting her sights on a thespian career and Junior hoping to break into music, Peter also sweetly revealed that Theo wants to be a doctor ‘like Mummy.’
