The kitchen opens out to the backyard, and there’s a formal dining room and parlor with a floating staircase.

The spacious main bedroom boasts an en suite bathroom, walk-in wardrobe and private terrace.

A stand-alone suite takes up the fourth floor, and includes a bedroom, bathroom, living room, gym and bar.

The fourth-floor studio was previously home to renowned jazz saxophonist Clifford Jordan and his wife Sandy.

There’s also an elevator within the townhouse, which accesses the basement.

The basement can also be accessed via an internal staircase and a private entrance.

This bottom floor also features a screening room, additional laundry and bedroom, plus access to the garden.

In an interview with the Financial Review in August last year, Baz spoke about living in New York, despite calling Australia ‘home’.

‘I have a philosophy: dream in Paris, dance in Brazil, have fun in London and work in LA. Australia’s always home, but live in New York,’ he said.
