The first of Collinson’s specially designed luxury waterfront homes went on sale in November 2020 for $3.3million.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom property was listed as sold in June 2021.

Hawes, 66, and his wife Dominika Deckert have not revealed any further details of their purchase.

The couple, who currently live on Main Beach, put their enormous riverfront mansion in Hawthorne, Brisbane, on the market in September 2020.
