The pandemic has only increased British home buyers’ desire to be beside the seaside and now some of the most expensive dream homes for sale on – or near – Britain’s coastline have been revealed.

They all have multi-million pound price tags, and can be found in a range of locations including Cornwall and the Isle of Man.

And if access to water via the sea isn’t enough, these luxury homes come with a variety of water-related features, such as swimming pools, hot tubs and garden water features.

Daniel Copley, of Zoopla, said: ‘For those with deep enough pockets, there are currently some simply breathtaking properties for sale with sea views in a range of locations including Jersey, Southampton and Cornwall.

‘Many of the properties also have a range of luxurious features including heated driveways, swimming pools and spacious interiors that make the most of the beautiful surrounding scenery.’

Here are five of the most expensive homes for sale with sea views, including on Jersey and the Isle of Man – both of which although part of the British Islands, are not part of the United Kingdom.
