In the video, Paul shows off some his jab as well as some slick combinations before turning the camera and making his announcement.

Paul said: ‘August, I’m back baby. Let’s get it.’

The American hasn’t fought since his impressive knockout victory over Tyron Woodley in Florida at the end of the year.

Former Love Island contestant Tommy Fury was scheduled to fight Paul but pulled out due to injury weeks before the fight – which is when Woodley stepped in. Perhaps that could be the next bout being lined up.

In a recent interview, Mike Tyson said it would take $1billion for him to step into the ring with Paul after speculation grew over a potential bout.

Questioned on how much money he would want to take on YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul, Tyson said: ‘A billion bucks.

‘We got to get some more [money] man. S***, blue-eyed, blonde hair… that s*** is very expensive.

‘We need to get some more money, man.’
