Bing Lee’s son Cedric selling his luxurious $8.8million Whale Beach property

Cedric Lee, businessman son of electronics retail pioneer Bing Lee, has listed his gorgeous Whale Beach weekender on Sydney’s far northern beaches with a $8.8m price guide. 

And Real.estate.com reports its right door to land owned by super model Jennifer Hawkins and husband Jake Wall.

The power couple are building a mansion on their site which is rumoured to be already sold at a whopping $30million – and its not yet finished.

Meanwhile Lee and wife Deborah, who have a home in Sydney, have been renting out their beach house for the last three years for $2000 a week but are now ready to sell.

The agent behind the sale is star of reality TV show Luxe Listings, Chinese-Australian Monika Tu.

The number ‘8’ in the listing price is significant says the real estate guru Tu, since 8 is considered lucky in Chinese culture. 

Lee says he has given the beautiful place a make over after spending thousands. 

Bought in 2009 for $3.5mllion, Lee has totally renovated the three-level sea side pad. 

Covering 850sqm and nestled in bushland on the Barrenjoey peninsula it offers staggering ocean views in luxury style.  

Boasting a ‘chef’s kitchen’ decked out in marble, a lounge with fireplace and floor to ceiling windows, the sprawling house has a light, airy atmosphere.
