A Kmart customer has been shocked after finding an R-rated activity suggestion inside an Easter cracker.

Caitlyn, from Adelaide, South Australia, purchased the fun Easter crackers for her niece and nephew, but was left raising her eyebrows after one contained an ‘inappropriate’ charade suggestion.

It asked to act out a scene from the adult book and film 50 Shades of Grey, leaving Caitlyn confused as to why this was placed inside an item children will likely use.

Sharing an image on Facebook, she jokingly warned others should ‘be aware’ of the product.

Daily Mail Australia has contacted Kmart for comment.

Kmart shopper Caitlyn found an odd activity suggestion inside an Easter cracker. It asked to act out a scene from the adult book and film 50 Shades of Grey, leaving Caitlyn confused as to why this was placed inside an item children tend to use (pictured)

‘Just make sure the adults vet the jokes/charade things before the kids get to read them and you’ll be fine,’ Caitlyn wrote on Facebook.

Other shoppers part of the Facebook group were just as shocked by the unusual find.

‘Imagine opening Easter crackers and having to bust out an act of 50 Shades of Grey to the kids,’ one person wrote.

‘I nearly bought these as a treat. So glad I didn’t now,’ another added.

Although some shoppers were concerned, others thought the find was hilarious.

‘Haha I just got these for my son yesterday, he loves crackers! Luckily he’s only almost two so he can’t read yet,’ one mum wrote.

‘I bought these too. Kids don’t care, they just like to pop them. And at $2 for a six-pack I don’t think anyone would really care,’ another added.

A Kmart Australia spokesperson has confirmed the store is investigating the issue.
