She is a proud mother-of-two who shares children Sienna, two, and Aurelia, five months, with husband Hugo Taylor.

And Millie Mackintosh turned her attentions to regaining her pre-baby body abs on Sunday as she underwent a muscle toning treatment on her stomach.

The former Made In Chelsea star, 32, took a visit to consultant aesthetician, Sadaf Jaffari who hocked her up to a ‘trusculpt flex machine’.

The captions on her Instagram Story detailed that the machine uses radio frequency energy to heat up the skin to eliminate stubborn fat cells and permanently tighten the skin.

It was Millie’s second trip to the salon where she also had a special facial to get rid of the sun damage to her skin.

Millie and Hugo welcomed their first born Sienna back in May 2020 and have since added another girl to the family – Aurelia in late November 2021.

It comes after last month Millie opened up to her 1.4 million Instagram followers about struggling to deal with her daughter Sienna as she hit the ‘terrible twos’.

She took to her social media to pen an honest account admitting that it wasn’t ‘all sunshine and smiles’.

Uploading an adorable picture perfect photo with her daughter Sienna in a park – the reality star went on to add an additional clip of Aurelia on her lap while her two-year-old cried ‘mammy mammy mammy’ repeatedly in the background.

She bravely posted: ‘Sienna is almost two and my goodness don’t we know it!

‘I mentioned this a while ago but the tremendous twos are a very real, and constant thing for us at the moment.

‘Sienna is testing us whenever we need her to do anything from getting dressed, nappy changes, mealtimes, getting in the pushchair, bath time and bedtime, often resulting in her lying on the floor throwing her arms and legs around whilst screaming ‘no, no, no!’

She went on: ‘She spends half the day asking for ‘Daddy’, yet when he comes home from work she gets upset and lashes out at him.

‘I’m trying to spend one on one time with her doing something special that she enjoys, but it’s really difficult when sometimes she doesn’t want to be with me.

‘I know she wants a reaction from us but I’m finding it really really hard to not react, be it with tears or laughter at how ridiculous the situation is, I mean who doesn’t want to get dressed to go to the park in the sunshine?!’

‘I know she is becoming her own little person and I want her to be a strong, independent little lady that knows what she wants, but I also want to get out of the house in the morning with a toddler that is dressed and has had her breakfast.

‘I found this great article, I’ll link it in my stories.

‘It’s full of tips like letting them help you and giving them options so they feel in charge.’

‘Also using the art of distraction when needed, and being consistent with ‘no’ but also saying ‘yes’ sometimes.

‘I’m using these tips but sometimes it’s just nice to know you’re not alone and that someone else’s two year old is just as difficult on a hard day.

She conduced: ‘If you have any other words of wisdom please share, because parenting is bloody hard! Swipe for a little realness and believe me when I say, it’s not all sunshine and smiles over here!’
