The Californian property is one of the five most viewed properties for sale overseas that Britons are viewing online and has a price tag of £235million.

The other four properties highlighted by Zoopla are all in Jamaica and have significantly lower asking prices, ranging from a two-bedroom house just shy of £150,000 to a six-bedroom house for almost £500,000.
