Married At First Sight star Martha Kalifatidis shares her top tips for packing for long-haul flights
Martha Kalifatidis has shared her tips for packing a suitcase for an overseas trip.
In a series of videos posted to Instagram Stories on Monday, the Married At First Sight star explained she meticulously stores everything when she packs.
First, the 33-year-old packs all her suits – and other statement pieces – on hangers, so they can be hung up on arrival.

‘Most of my things that need to be hung are all on hangers. So as soon as I get to my destination, I can hang them,’ she said.
Martha said that hangers are heavy so she doesn’t take many, but brings them along for her suits and coats.
The influencer went on to explain that she divides all her items into separate plastic bags.

‘On one side I have shoes and makeup and on the other side I have my clothes. Everything is put in bags and labelled,’ she said.
Items such as activewear leggings, shirts and underwear are each in their own plastic bag with a sticky label on the front, that goes straight in the cupboard.
She also packs a plastic bag to store her dirty clothing until she can wash it.
Cosmetics are also separated into their own pouches, with treatments and masks and makeup in separate bags.

Night skincare and day skincare are in individual bags as well, plus her brushes have their own carrier too.
In her carry on, Martha said she stashes her jewellery and electrical items, such as her camera.
The reality star is currently in Italy, after revealing that she and her fiancé Michael Brunelli, 31, will be spending two months in Europe while their home is treated for a mould infestation.
