Aaron Ramsey has revealed his Rangers future will be discussed at the end of the season – and called on his team-mates to secure a cup double to round off the season.

Giovanni van Bronckhorst’s side have two finals across just four days, contesting the Europa League trophy against Eintracht Frankfurt on Wednesday before facing Hearts in the Scottish Cup showpiece on Saturday.

He said: ‘That’s to be decided at the end of the season, there is no update on that yet.

‘I’m just looking forward to the final few weeks here and hopefully making it a very memorable experience for me.

‘I’m sure there will be conversations to be had after the season is finished but right now I’m just focused on trying to win these two competitions with Rangers.’

Wales midfielder Ramsey, 31, has been on loan at Ibrox since January, but has suffered his familiar injury problems, only making 12 appearances in all competitions, scoring twice – although he has appeared in the side’s last three league matches.

The 72-cap international will return to Turin this summer with one year left on his contract, but amid rumours he could sign for the Light Blues on a permanent deal, Ramsey called for focus on the two massive games coming up.

He added: ‘There’s a lot of excitement. We’ve put ourselves in an unbelievable position, we’ve produced some memorable results and performances throughout the campaign and now… we have a chance to create history. It’s right up there.’
