Inside The Bachelor mansion: Channel 10 dating show moves from a ‘French chateau’ in Sydney’s west to a $2.8m resort-style home on the Gold Coast

The Bachelor producers have reportedly secured a $2.8million waterfront property on the Gold Coast for the upcoming season.

The new suitor – rumoured to be Thomas Malucelli – will be handing out roses in a five-bedroom home in Helensvale, just 20 minutes from Surfers Paradise.

According to property records, the luxury mansion boasts a resort-style swimming pool, a cinema room and three bathrooms.

The home also features a long, bush-lined driveway leading to the entrance.

Upon entry, the contestants will be greeted by a lavish foyer, as well as a stunning living room with a fireplace.

The property also has an indoor pool and spa area, reports So Dramatic.

It also includes a spacious lounge and dining area with a bar and marble benchtops.

The grounds of the estate are perfect for group dates, meaning the cast and crew won’t need to travel far beyond the mansion.
