Heidi Montag and husband Spencer Pratt treat son Gunner, four, to his first-ever Disneyland trip

Heidi Montag and her husband Spencer Pratt turned a typical Wednesday into a fun-filled adventure for their four-year-old son Gunner by venturing off to Disneyland.

The 35-year-old The Hills alum, who is currently pregnant with the couple’s second child, documented their son’s first time at the beloved theme park on her Instagram Story.

One particularly adorable clip of Gunner sitting her lap as they rode the thrilling Dumbo the Flying Elephant ride as a family.

Gunner looked darling in a green graphic tee, grey shorts and a pair of Pirates of the Caribbean themed Mickey ears, which were also worn by his father Spencer, 38.

He carried a small stuffed toy in one hand and protected his eyes from the sun with a pair of pink and yellow toned shades. 

Notably, Gunner had a ‘1st visit’ button pinned to his shirt, which guests are able to pickup at the front of the park or from a Disneyland castmember. 

Heidi had her arms wrapped around her little boy and they were buckled into the ride together while Spencer snagged a seat next to them in their Dumbo-shaped cart.

‘Guess where we are going?’ teased Heidi in her first post of the day, which showed her sitting in the passenger’s seat of the family’s SUV. 

Upon their arrival to Disneyland, Heidi captured herself, Spencer and Gunner walking into the Fantasyland section of the park and straight towards the Dumbo attraction.

‘Waiting for Dumbo…’ captioned the blonde beauty, who captured some footage of Gunner gazing at the ride in awe as they navigated the line.

For their Disney day, Heidi wore her bright blonde hair in a high ponytail and decked herself out with a pair of classic Minnie Mouse ears.

Like her baby son, Heidi also rocked a pair of shades as they ventured around the Southern California theme park.

Spencer sported a white graphic tee, kaki shorts, a black baseball cap and sunglasses. Both Spencer and Heidi carried their essentials in matching black backpacks.

After enjoying Dumbo, the trio decided to get in line for the Mad Tea Party ride, which is often referred to as ‘the teacup ride’ since passengers spin around in giant teacups.

The family was seated on a curb on Disneyland’s Main Street as the parade – featuring beloved Disney characters like Goofy and Chip & Dale – stroll by.

‘Goodbye Disneyland!’ exclaimed Heidi, who filmed herself in front of Sleeping Beauty’s castle before shifting the camera onto Spencer and a very distracted Gunner. 

Earlier this week, Heidi shared a heartwarming family photo with Spencer and Gunner as they spent time as a family near their home in Los Angeles, California.

The actress looked glowing and happy showing off her baby bump in an elegant sundress.

In an interview with Us Weekly, the star opened up about the difficulty of trying to conceive, and how it took almost 18 months to become pregnant with their second child.

The Hills star looked beautiful in a long, cream-colored dress with with floral patterns. 

Her blonde hair fell down past her shoulders with a slight curl at the end. She opted for comfort and wore a pair of white sneakers.

She wore a pair of rectangular shaped sunglasses and carried a backpack that was slung over her shoulder.

Heidi added a cute caption to the post and typed out, ‘Family time! The 4 of us.’ 

Although the path to conceiving their second child was not an easy journey, the reality star discussed how much she wanted another baby and sibling for Gunner.

‘I just felt like something was missing,’ the blonde beauty stated to Us Weekly. ‘I felt like a person was missing in our family that I had this intense love for.’ 

Now that the difficult hurdles are out of the way, the family can take a deep sigh of relief and begin to prepare. 

‘There are definitely different challenges and some nerves that are coming up with having a second child,’ Heidi added.

Heidi and Spencer were both on the hit MTV series, The Hills, which followed the real lives of people living and working in Los Angeles. The series also included Lauren Conrad, Kristin Cavallari, and Audrina Patridge, airing from 2006 to 2010. 

The couple married got married in 2008 by eloping to Mexico, but had an official wedding ceremony in 2009. They welcomed their son in 2017. 

The actress and model recently announced another big change in her life aside from being pregnant with baby number two. 

On The Perez Hilton Podcast, The Hills alum stated that she needed a new source of financial stability and was going to leap into real estate. 

‘I don’t want to be waiting on TV money,’ she said. ‘We’ve spent way too much of our money.’ Heidi even explained how she was already taking classes, showing how serious she was about the new career move.
