Emma Raducanu will be seeded 10th for this year’s Wimbledon Championships, the All England Club has confirmed.
The US Open champion, who has been battling injury in the build-up to the tournament, advances one place from her world ranking due to the absence of World No 6 Aryna Sabalenka of Belarus.

British men’s No 1 Cameron Norrie rises three places from his ranking to be seeded ninth, while Dan Evans will be seeded 29th.
World No 1 Daniil Medvedev and Russian compatriot Andrey Rublev are both missing from the line-up, while World No 2 Alexander Zverev is also out due to injury.
Zverev had surgery on torn ligaments in his right ankle this month after he was forced to retire from his French Open semi-final against Rafael Nadal.

The absence of Daniil Medvedev and Zverev sees Rafael Nadal (above) seeded second
The absence of Medvedev and Zverev means Nadal, who is halfway through a possible calendar year Slam after winning the Australian and French Open titles, will be seeded second.
Novak Djokovic assumes the top men’s seeding ahead of Nadal, meaning they cannot face each other until the men’s final on July 10 as they find themselves in separate halves of the draw.
The pair met earlier this year in the Roland Garros quarter-final where the Spaniard triumphed en route to his second Grand Slam title of the year.
Meanwhile World No 1 Iga Swiatek tops the women’s seeds in front of Anett Kontaveit and Ons Jabeur.
