Lingerie model Natalie Roser expands her property portfolio with an $820,000 fixer-upper in her home city of Newcastle
Natalie Roser is the proud new owner of an $821,000 home in Newcastle, NSW.
The lingerie model, who bought her first home in 2018, purchased the two-storey 1980s fixer-upper on May 20 after it was listed with an auction guide of $750,000.
The four-bedroom, two-bathroom house, which sits on a 510sqm block, is in need of a renovation, reports The Daily Telegraph.

The property includes a single garage, long driveway and front garden.
Natalie, 32, originally hails from Newcastle and now resides in Sydney’s eastern suburbs, after spending several years living in Los Angeles.
Her latest property move comes after she married former Home and Away star Harley Bonner in February.

The genetically blessed couple tied the knot at Krinklewood Estate in the Hunter Valley after dating for five years.
The Maxim cover girl had announced her engagement to the actor last November.
In 2020, the pair moved in together in Rose Bay, Sydney.
