The Real Housewives of Orange County star Heather Dubrow and her husband of 23 years – Botched star Dr. Terry Dubrow – have sold their 22K-square-foot Newport Beach mansion for $55M to a ‘mystery buyer.’

‘Chateau Dubrow’ features a stunning ocean view, 14 bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a 24-seat movie theater, and an entryway featuring a vaulted 30-foot ceiling.
The third highest sale in Orange County history was made by Josh Altman, who reportedly documented the deal for the 14th season of Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles premiering December 8 on Bravo.
On Saturday, Heather – who boasts 2.6M social media followers – shared a snap of herself and the 64-year-old plastic surgeon posing outside ‘Chateau Dubrow’ with the caption: ‘Walking into our next chapter like…’
The Dubrows will have far less room for their four children – twins Nicholas + Maximillia, 18; daughter Katarina, 16; and daughter Collette, 11 – to stay at their newly-purchased 5,254-square-foot Century City penthouse.

Selling Sunset star Heather Rae El Moussa closed her ‘biggest deal to date’ on October 11 for the wealthy couple after seven months of searching properties and four-and-a-half months of negotiations.
The newly-renovated Cavalli Penthouse features two large bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, an ocean view, massive walk-in custom closets, a private sauna, private terraces, and an office/library.

‘I mean, Garcelle [Beauvais] and I have been friends for a long time, [Lisa] Rinna and I have known each other,’ the Bravo-lebrity told ET at BravoCon.
‘I do enjoy diamonds – let’s be clear – we’ll see where the wind takes us.’
Meanwhile, Terry is currently filming the eighth season of E! reality series Botched with fellow plastic surgeon Paul Nassif.
