Top offensive line prospect Wanya Morris suffered a right hamstring injury while running a 40-yard dash on the final day of the NFL Combine in Indianapolis.
Morris, a right tackle formerly of the Oklahoma Sooners, was sprinting through his second 40 when his right hamstring gave way around the 35-yard line.
Before the finish, Morris began to hobble and grab at the source point before collapsing in pain once he had moved through the gate.
Morris continued to writhe in pain as he lay supine on the turf, clutching at his hamstring.
Despite the unfortunate injury, he impressively managed to improve upon his initial, unofficial, time of 5.19 by 0.8 seconds (5.11).

Named after the Boyz II Men singer, Morris told Stacey Dales of NFL Network that he had a hamstring injury but was hopeful of being ready for Oklahoma’s pro day on March 30.
‘He told me he lunged, he took a step in his stride and the right hamstring buckled on him,’ Dales said on-air.
‘He just came out of medical, I just spoke with him. He thinks he’ll be able to go on his Pro Day at OU, but he didn’t really know how severe it was. He still had a smile on his face.’
The six-foot-five, 307-pounder started his collegiate career at Tennessee after turning down offers from Alabama, LSU, Georgia and Clemson, among others.
After two seasons with the Volunteers, Morris transferred to Oklahoma.
Morris opted out of the Cheez-It Bowl and was named as a second-team All-Big 12 selection by AP.
