And Elyse Knowles has weighed in on the devastating effects in an interview with Daily Mail Australia, urging Australians to help ‘put money back into the community’.
The 27-year-old AVEDA ambassador said ‘it’s going to take years and years for our land, wildlife and families to rebuild and regenerate’.

‘Australians need to support Australians by holidaying here this year,’ the model encouraged. ‘There are so many magical spots in our beautiful country that we can visit.’
