Last week, Mikey hinted to an affair occurring on the show while speaking to Nova’s Fitzy and Wippa.

When asked if he would make a move on Stacey in a ‘cheating’ scandal, he downplayed a potential affair, but didn’t rule it out completely.

‘You know what? Probably not. She’s not my kind of girl. Like, I did say I didn’t like high-maintenance girls that are a lot of work. But she’s still attractive,’ he said.

He then cheekily added: ‘[But] give me a few beers and I’ll go out and there’s not much I wouldn’t hit!’

He then explained there is now protocol when it comes to partner-swapping.

He said that participants need to ask the producers for permission, and also need to ask the other person in the relationship if they’re okay with them moving in on their spouse.

But Mikey insisted that he didn’t steal anybody else’s ‘wife’, mainly because he ‘didn’t find a connection with any of the other girls’ in the experiment.

During Sunday night’s commitment ceremony, Mikey chose to ‘leave’ the marriage, while Natasha chose to ‘stay’.

This means they must remain together for another week and try and work through their issues.
