The dress, which Kourtney revealed in her IG Story was a 2004 Roberto Cavalli frock, skimmed the floor but was completely backless, with halter-style straps around the neck and behind the shoulders that were mostly covered by the reality diva’s sleek dark hair.
As Kourtney looked over her shoulder coyly at the camera, her green sequinned gown glinted in the light and showed off her every curve and contour.
