She rounded out her spa day look with a pair of grey Nike kicks and a teeny black leather handbag.
Cara concealed her brown peepers behind a pair of large black shades, as she showed off her visibly makeup free complexion.
Her lengthy brunette hair flowed flawlessly in the breeze as she paraded down the unusually empty WeHo sidewalk.

It has been nearly two months since the Salem starlet ended her lengthy relationship with John Tucker Must Die actor Jesse Metcalfe.
She was with Metcalfe for 11-years and they spent the last four engaged.
However, their engagement quickly came to an end after he was caught getting close with two different women in January.

The 41-year-old actor was photographed with his arms wrapped around a tall blonde woman outside of a bar in the San Fernando Valley, just hours after he was out and about, holding hands with Hungarian model Livia Pillmann.
Sources revealed to DailyMail.com at the time that Cara was ‘completely blindsided’ by the photographs of her fiance.
Though a source close to Metcalfe came forward to defend the actor, saying that the actor ‘did not cheat on’ Cara and that the couple were ‘not even living together’ at the time of the alleged cheating.
