Diane Kruger and her dutiful partner Norman Reedus go to the salon before grabbing coffee

They’re incredibly secretive about their children and have yet to reveal their young daughter’s name.

Diane Kruger and Norman Reedus had a day out without the kids on Monday as she dropped by a salon in Los Angeles for some upkeep. 

Later, the 43-year-old actress and the 51-year-old Walking Dead fixture stopped for a coffee pick-me-up.

Diane looked rugged in a black graphic T-shirt paired with ragged cut-off jeans that showcased her toned legs.

The 5ft7in Inglourious Basterds star elevated her stature with some black boots, and she blocked the breeze with a tan trench coat with a vibrant orange handbag slung around her body. 

Norman rocked a more anonymous look with a navy and white striped shirt, weathered charcoal jeans, and a black Powerplant motorcycles cap covering his shaggy hair.

Absent from the LA outing was the couple’s 15-month-old daughter, whom they’re intensely private about.

So far, they have yet to release her name publicly, and the couple have only ever shared photos to Instagram that don’t feature her face.

She’s the first child for Diane and second for Norman, who also has a 20-year-old son named Mingus with his former partner, Danish supermodel Helena Christensen.

The couple were an item from 1998–2003, and they welcomed their son in October 1999. 

The seeds of their relationship seem to have begun with the 2015 French–German film Sky. 

The German–American actress told People in April 2016 that they hadn’t met prior to that production.

‘I didn’t know [Norman] before the film,’ she said of her now-partner, who played her love interest after she had ditched her abusive husband.

‘We share a lot of intimate scenes. I was really nervous about meeting him and not being able to have a drink with him, or talk with him.’

The two seem have hit it off once they finally got to spend some time together, though.

‘He’s so relaxed. He’s really easygoing, very gentle,’ she said.

At the time, the Welcome To Marwen actress was dating Joshua Jackson, whom she split from in mid-2016, though it’s unclear when one relationship ended and the other began.

Diane is set to star in the upcoming Quibi series Swimming With Sharks, an update of George Huang’s comedy from 1994 about the Hollywood studio system that will also star Mad Men’s Kiernan Shipka.

There have also been rumors of a reteaming with Nicolas Cage for a third National Treasure film, though so far nothing has solidified.

Meanwhile, there’s not much on the horizon for Norman except more of the long-running AMC horror series The Walking Dead.

He’s been a fixture on the show since its first season in 2010.

Last year, he played the lead role in Hideo Kojima’s acclaimed video game Death Stranding.
