Katie Holmes was spotted out in New York on Tuesday as it was reported she’s sold one of her homes in LA.
The brunette beauty, who is based on the east coast, was seen leaving her apartment and flagging down a taxi.
The 41-year-old Dawson’s Creek star wore a dark brown leather trench over pinstripe pants and white lace-up shoes.

Katie’s six bedroom 6,200 square feet Calabasas home has just been sold for $4 million.
According to the Los Angeles Times, she bought the Tudor-inspired property for $3.75 million five years ago and put it up for sale in November 2019 for $4.625 million.
The sprawling home is located in the gated Oaks community and has a swimming pool, and basketball half-court.

Perhaps the New York-based actress decided she no longer needs an LA crash pad after splitting from boyfriend Jamie Foxx who lives in Hidden Valley, just a few miles from Calabasas.
Katie and Jamie, 52, called it quits in August 2019 after dating for around six years.
Katie is mother to daughter Suri, 13, with ex husband Tom Cruise who she was married to from November 2006 to June 2012.
The actress has two new movies coming out in 2020, Brahms: The Boy II and The Secret: Dare to Dream.
