Ariel Winter recently bid farewell to her Modern Family character Alex Dunphy after 11 seasons.

And with the end of the show, the actress recently returned to her fiery hair color of choice.

She let her red hair down Wednesday as she stepped out in a casual look to run errands in Los Angeles.

The 22-year-old sported a white v-neck t-shirt with grey sleeves, paired with skintight blue textured leggings.

She finished the look with a pair of white slip-on sneakers and a black alligator crossbody purse.

Winter was spotted leaving the post office before getting in her car and driving off to finish her errands.

She took to Instagram earlier in the day to show off her new red hair, writing: ‘I’m a strawberry and a shortcake sooooo new nickname?’
