She also posed for a sweet snap with her beloved mum Betty, before they shared a group snap with the rest of their party.

And the ladies were clearly keen to embrace the natural properties of the lagoons as they coated their faces in the silica mud found at the site.

Scarlett has previously discussed the importance of body positivity and admitted that the ‘changing room can be a battlefield in itself’ in an exclusive interview with MailOnline.

Since being propelled to fame on Channel 4’s Gogglebox, Scarlett has faced her fair share of internet trolls and body shamers.

And while she’s previously lashed out at body shamers in the past, Scarlett is now focusing her energy on helping other women smile when they look in the mirror through the launch of her new Peacocks range, released last month.

Discussing the range, she said: ‘I just wanted to make sure that this range didn’t exclude anybody, I wanted to make sure that every woman could go in and feel like they could buy something that could fit them.’

Revealing how she faces her own body image struggles, she continued: ‘I know for myself how critical I can be on my own body and how other women could be critical on their bodies no matter their size. So, I wanted to make sure that they can go in and choose.

‘Sometimes the changing room could be a battlefield in itself, so I’ve tried to eliminate that feeling.’

Meanwhile, the star revealed how she’s going to promote body positivity in the coming year, adding that the main thing she’ll do is to be open with fans if she’s having a ‘bad’ or ‘c**p’ day.

‘Being honest with people, I never want to portray that every day I wake up and I’m happy with myself, because that’s not the case. Sometimes I have bad days as well’ she explained.

‘I think being honest on those bad days, saying “I’m having a bit of a c**p day”. If you’re looking in the mirror and you don’t love yourself, don’t feel bad, tomorrow’s another day.

‘The message kind of gets muddled when it’s all positivity all the time. We’re not robots, everyone has c**p days. It’s just making sure that the positive outweighs the negative.

‘I definitely have more positive days now than negative days, and that to me is a win. I just want for people to make sure that they’re not giving themselves a hard time.’

And Scarlett, who recently starred as the Fairy Godmother in panto over the festive season, had a defiant message for those who sometimes let their image stop them from living their best lives.

She said: ‘Sometimes we really give ourselves a hard time and there’s just no need for it. You shouldn’t let the way you look stop you from doing the things you love.

‘I know how difficult holidays for example can be for some people. I know sometimes people don’t want to go around the pool because they feel self-conscious. But if you’re around the pool and people are more interested in what you look like, then they’re not really having a good holiday are they?

‘You just have to try to put yourself in that mindset that you shouldn’t let it stop you from doing the things you love. The world would be so boring if we all looked the same!’
