Shay Mitchell cuts a casual look as she meets a friend to take baby girl Atlas for a walk in LA

Shay Mitchell welcomed her first child, a daughter named Atlas, last year.

And the Pretty Little Liars star seems to be settling into the whole motherhood thing like a true pro this Friday.

The actress cut a casual look as she stepped out with a friend to take Atlas for a walk in a white stroller.

The 32-year-old wore an oversized long-sleeve white shirt with the Chrome Hearts logo on the chest pocket in black.

She complemented the top with black wayfarer sunglasses, black leggings and white sneakers.

Mitchell carried a black Balenciaga crossbody bag as she met a friend who brought her dog along for the walk.  

She and partner Matte Babel announced the birth of Atlas back in October with a sweet Instagram photo of the baby’s hand holding her finger.

The new mom launched an affordable baby collection through her brand Béis earlier this month.

She also teamed up with Pampers for their Share the Love campaign, during which she opened up about motherhood.

Mitchell told AOL: ‘Every single day there’s something new, where you’re like, “Am I doing this right? Could I have done this better? Is it fine if I leave her for this long?” 

‘You have no idea, and I’m always thinking about how something could impact her as she gets older.’

She added: ‘Having that really close-knit group of friends and people in my community to be able to fall back on and have a conversation with around whatever I’m thinking about makes it so much better and so much easier to be like, “I’m not the only person feeling this way.” That’s all it is. It’s all about reassurance.’
