Instagram influencer Tammy Hembrow has previously denied speculation that she’s had a Brazilian butt lift.

And on Saturday, the mother-of-two showed fans how she achieves her famously pert derrière, as she completed a gruelling workout.

The 25-year-old flaunted her figure on the day in sky blue activewear from her own range, Saski Collection.

Tammy shared a number of clips on Instagram of her sweat session at the gym. 

In the first video, the Gold Coast-based beauty worked on targeting her back muscles by lowering her upper body and pulling up a hefty weight.

She followed by working her glutes and thighs by doing squats and donkey kicks –  both using the weight from the cable machine to add difficulty to the exercise. 

Finally, Tammy completed her gym session doing a side lunge with weights, to add resistance.

Last year, Tammy addressed speculation she has had Brazilian butt lift surgery and insisted her famously pert derrière was the result of working out in the gym.

She told The Daily Telegraph: ‘I have always had people say that, they just don’t know that you can achieve that with working out.’ 

‘Obviously it is genetics and you can’t change your features but you can build muscle and shape and tone and all of that. I get tired of being accused of that.’

During an appearance on Studio 10 back in December, Tammy described the strenuous workout regimen that keeps her buttocks bouncy.

‘I do a lot of heavy weights. You’re not going to build any muscle if you are not doing leg weights. I see a lot of girls doing cardio and this and that, it is not going to build any muscle really,’ she said.

When asked how heavy she goes with her weighted squats, the blonde shocked the panel by saying she could easily perform 60kg.

As for making it to the gym though, Tammy said as a mother she is lucky to get to a studio three times a week.
