Grant Denyer might be busy working but he’s always keeping abreast of the adorable happenings back at his home. 

On Sunday, the TV host shared an Instagram snap of his daughters Scout, four, and Sailor, eight, setting up a beauty salon at home. 

The 42-year-old explained in the caption alongside the sweet photograph: ‘The Denyer salon is open!

‘I’m at work filming @dancingon10 tonight so the girls are pretending to get treatments and mum is the therapist!’ 

He added that there was an amusing detail in the photo for those who look very closely.

On Friday, the former Family Feud host joked that he is scared of his daughter Scout after she told his wife Cheryl she wanted to ‘chop her body up with a knife’.

He shared a series of messages his wife had sent him explaining the exchange with her daughter in an Instagram post on Friday. 

The TV host wrote: ‘I’m scared of our four-year-old!’

‘Either Scout’s just finished season two of Underbelly or we’re harbouring a nut job. I think I’ll move out until we find out. We’re clearly doing a great job,’ he wrote.

In the message exchange, Cheryl (pictured) informed her husband:  '[Scout] wasn't happy and said 'see this sad face mum. That's because I want to chop your body up with a knife cause you've annoyed me''
