It’s been two years since Nicola Robinson went under the knife to remove her ‘toxic’ breast implants.

On Monday, the former Playboy model shocked fans by debuting a striking tattoo that spread across her forearm.

Tatt’s new! Pete Evans’ wife Nicola Robinson, 42, debuted a huge forearm tattoo on Instagram Stories on Monday

The ink featured a geometric-inspired design that incorporated interlocking lines, circles and triangles.

Nicola showed off the body art by uploading a black-and-white photo to her Instagram Stories, captioned simply with the word ‘fresh’.

It’s the latest in a series of aesthetic changes for Nicola, who last year announced her decision to remove her ‘toxic’ breast implants – after having three enlargements in her twenties.

‘I was just so ashamed of myself,’ she told Channel Seven’s Sunday Night after the explant surgery.

‘And that’s just such a pointless emotion to really feel, because it holds you in the past. It stops you from enjoying the present moment.’

Nicola added that getting rid of the ‘two large bags’ on her chest had completely transformed her life.

‘It’s a lot more fun to ride the horses, to surf, to just do everything. I have a whole new sense of freedom.’
