Elle Fanning was all smiles, while arriving at the El Capitan Entertainment Center for an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live in Hollywood. 

The 21-year-old All the Bright Places star beamed and waved cheerfully at fans in a chic baby blue midi dress on Wednesday, as she arrived to the late night talk show in her signature shade. 

The blonde beauty exuded elegance in her heeled chestnut boots and sophisticated frock, which radiated femininity and class with a bow-tie neckline.

The Teen Spirit actress was unmissable with her platinum locks styled pin-straight and flawless complexion. 

Elle, was spotted earlier in the day emerging from the Tom Bradley International Terminal at LAX with a pillow in her hand, looked well-rested after the debut of her upcoming film Roads Not Taken. 

Before jetting to Los Angles, Elle attended Berlinale, Germany’s premier film festival, to view her latest project.

Written and directed by Sally Potter of Orlando fame, the drama stars Elle as the daughter of a lead character played by Javier Bardem. 

Elle plays a woman tired of how the world dehumanizes her dad, who suffers from advanced dementia, and acclimating to the challenges of her father’s crippling disease. 

Although the film has a top flight cast including Laura Linney and Salma Hayek, its Berlinale reviews have left it with a 29% rating on Rotten Tomatoes.

Elle’s next work includes a movie called The Nightingale, in which she and big sister Dakota Fanning will play estranged sisters navigating the dangers of life in Vichy France. 

The director is French film star Melanie Laurent, who starred in Quentin Tarantino’s 2009 movie Inglourious Basterds also about the Nazi occupation of her country.

Elle was the leading lady of Melanie’s previous directorial effort Galveston, a well-reviewed thriller that also starred Ben Foster.

This is also not the first time Elle has worked with her sister – she made her film debut as a younger version of Dakota’s character in the 2001 drama I Am Sam.
