Married At First Sight’s Hayley Vernon looks frustrated after being kicked off the show

Bad taste in your mouth? Married At First Sight’s Hayley Vernon looks frustrated as she orders coffee the morning after being kicked off the show amid toothbrush toilet scandal

Married At First Sight’s Hayley Vernon and her ‘husband’ David Cannon were sensationally kicked off the show during last Sunday commitment ceremony.

The former finance broker, 32, looked frustrated as she spoke to a barista at a Sydney cafe on October 16 last year – the morning after the episode was filmed.

Hayley’s recent experience on the reality TV show would have left a bad taste in her mouth as her ex David used her toothbrush to clean faeces from a toilet bowl in a vile act of revenge.

Moving on! Married At First Sight’s Hayley Vernon, 32, looked defiant as she spoke to a barista at a Sydney cafe on October 16 last year – the morning after she was kicked off the show

She clutched a menu and credit card as she spoke, seemingly asking questions about the breakfast items before she ordered.

Hayley was very animated in her conversation, using many hand gestures to order before flying home to Melbourne later that day.

The tattooed brunette wore a red tank top and flaunted her toned legs in a pair of black leggings.

On MAFS, the 32-year-old was married to truck driver David Cannon, 31, but their relationship turned sour when she mentioned his salary on their honeymoon.

Later in their relationship, David used Hayley’s toothbrush to scrub faeces from a toilet bowl before Hayley used it to clean her mouth.

During the couple’s final commitment ceremony on Sunday, Hayley chose to remain in the experiment with David to punish him for the putrid act of revenge.

‘I did want to leave but I was just doing it out of pure spite. I didn’t know what else to do to get back at you,’ Hayley said.

Relationship expert John eventually stepped in, saying: ‘It is very, very unhealthy what you’ve got here. There are certain standards that we must adhere to.

‘I think also, it’s not in the spirit of the experiment for you to be staying to get back at your partner. With that being said, we’re going to send you back to the group and you both will leave the experiment – regardless of the decision you’ve written down.

‘This is a decision that we don’t take lightly, but we’re doing it because it is in your best interests, and this relationship is beyond repair.’
