Luke Burgess is now pursuing a modelling career… and reveals his ‘signature move’ for the cameras

He was a star player who scored big for the South Sydney Rabbitohs and the Manly Sea Eagles.

But since retiring from NRL in September 2018, Luke Burgess now poses up a storm for men’s label Johnny Bigg.

He told The Saturday Telegraph that he has even perfected a ‘signature move’ for the cameras.

‘I’ve managed to find a bit of a “schmize” pose. It is like a smile with the eyes… it looked all right so it is my signature move now,’ he said.

‘I made it up as I went along really,’ he revealed.

While the career change may come as a surprise to many, it is in fact his fourth time modelling for large men’s label. 

The former football player also said he is interested in doing more modelling gigs.

Back in October, Luke enjoyed a PDA-heavy holiday with product developer Arianna Vidgen in Mexico.

The couple put on a very amorous display during a boozy cruise with Luke’s younger brother Sam following his split from socialite Phoebe.

But Luke has revealed that he is back on the market, telling the publication: ‘I am single.’

The UK-born former footy player balances his flourishing modelling career with parenthood doting on his six-year-old daughter Grace, who he shares with ex-partner, model Yolanda Hodgson.

Luke is the eldest of the Burgess brothers – Sam, 31, and twins Tom and George, 27.
