Chad Johnson blew off some steam during a workout at a gym in Tarzana, California on Friday afternoon.
The 32-year-old Bachelorette contestant sported a black T-shirt and his favorite pair of skinny jeans while leaving the fitness center located in the West Valley of Los Angeles.
Johnson hit every angle of stress relief during his sweat session as he smoked a vape pen between reps on a machine, just days after his domestic violence arrest following an altercation with ex-girlfriend Annalise Mishler.

He attempted to stay incognito underneath a black hat and matching dark sunglasses with a red bag strapped to his shoulder.
Inside the gym, Chad showed a different scene wearing a grey sweatshirt with the sleeves cut off.
He hid his legs in a pair of slouchy black sweatpants and strapped up a pair of black trainers with a red hat covering his brown hair.

Despite the athletic scene, the Bachelor in Paradise alumni puffed away on his own vape pen while sitting on a machine.
He showed off his inhaling abilities on Instagram before relaxing with what appeared to be a woman’s tanned leg positioned across his own.
Authorities with the Los Angeles Police Department arrested Chad for felony domestic violence and robbery charges on Monday, Feb. 24.
Talking to the camera in a video, Annalise explained how he ‘went crazy’ after she confronted him about seeing alerts on his phone from the dating app Hinge.

Chad later apologized for his actions and claimed he had blacked out and didn’t remember anything.
‘I had a little relapse … well I wouldn’t call it a little relapse,’ he told TooFab last week. ‘Big relapse. I’ve been so stressed man, just sitting in my car crying sometimes, just losing my mind. And to top it all off, the one person I’m closest to doesn’t get me a lot of times. I just lost it.’
Authorities performed a wellness check on the Ex on the Beach contestant after he shared ominous posts to Instagram on Saturday; he was later rushed to the hospital under the impression that he ‘may be a danger to himself,’ according to TMZ.
Johnson first appeared on The Bachelorette during JoJo Fletcher’s season in 2016 and went on to appear in Famously Single and Celebrity Big Brother UK.
