Freddie Flintoff and Paddy McGuinness’ latest Top Gear challenge sees them parked at a popular dogging site in Bolton where they’re then locked in cars for 24 straight hours, only allowed to urinate into hospital vessels.

Comedian Paddy, 46, and ex-cricketer Freddie, 42, were seen hanging out of their respective cars, each brandishing a plastic bottle, presumably full of urine.
