Kristen has kept busy in recent months, first with the release of her action comedy remake Charlie’s Angels in November.

In December, she released her film Seberg, in which she played the American actress Jean Seberg, best known for living as an expatriate in France and starring in Jean-Luc Godard’s iconic debut feature Breathless (1960).

She continued the rapid-fire streak with her long-delayed science fiction–horror film Underwater.

The movie was originally filmed in 2017, but didn’t see the light of day for two and half years. It received mixed reviews from critics and failed to make back it’s budget.

Box Office Mojo reported that Underwater earned just over $40 million dollars, while Variety listed the budget as $50 million, and likely higher once advertising costs were accounted for.
