The day after being sued by her former brand president, The Row co-designer Ashley Olsen was spotted bundled up smoking a cigarette while chatting on her cell phone in Manhattan on Wednesday.
David Schulte filed a lawsuit in New York Court against the 33-year-old former child star, her fraternal twin Mary-Kate Olsen-Sarkozy, and their company Dualstar following his abrupt exit from The Row in October – according to WWD.
Schulte is likely seeking financial damages from the Cali-born New Yorkers, who founded their minimalist label in their NYU college dorm back in 2006.
