Just a few weeks ago, their journey on Married At First Sight looked like it was over.
But Stacey Hampton and Michael Goonan managed to bounce back from his cheating scandal with Hayley Vernon and become one the strongest couples in the experiment.
On October 28, the controversial duo couldn’t wipe the smiles off their faces during filming in Sydney, as most of the other couples started to fall apart.

Stacey, 26, and Michael,28, were photographed outside of the cast’s Skye Suite Sydney apartment building on Kent Street, after strolling around the city.
They looked more loved-up than ever as they shared a laugh and giggled before then filming scenes for the show later that day.
Stacey attempted to keep a low-profile in a stylish all-black ensemble.

She accessorised her casual clothing with a Givenchy bag worth $3,000, while hiding her face behind a pair of large designer sunglasses.
Michael dressed comfortably in a pair of light jeans and a grey jacket.
Just weeks before the pictures were taken, Michael and Stacey’s relationship looked like it was over for good after he was accusing of kissing co-star Hayley.

Whereas Hayley admitted to a drunken kiss, Michael denied it and said he does not remember what happened between them – with Stacey taking his side.
The incident led to Hayley and ‘husband’ David Cannon’s exit from the show.
Since then, Stacey and Michael have took a back seat as former golden couples Ivan Sarakula and Aleks Markovic, and Josh Pihlak and Cathy Evans, fall apart.
At present, they are one of the happiest couples left in the experiment, alongside intruders Elizabeth Sobinoff and Seb Guilhaus.
