Biggest Loser trainer Michelle Bridges was cheered on in the gym by her four-year-old son Axel on Saturday.
While running on the treadmill, her youngster stood next to the machine and watched his fit mother, 49, eagerly.
The adorable Instagram clip comes after the celebrity trainer’s drink driving charge and split from partner Steve ‘Commando’ Willis.

In the video, Michelle revealed her famously toned figure in a black crop top and leggings, and added coordinating sneakers.
She swept her brunette locks into an effortless ponytail, and broke out into a sweat as she picked up the pace on the treadmill.
Axel wore a pink T-shirt and grey shorts, and swung his arms backwards and forwards as he watched his mother exercise.
Recalling their conversation in the post’s caption, Michelle wrote: ‘Agh that’s pretty much me done!

It’s been a challenging past two months for Michelle – the star was fined $750 and had her licence disqualified for three months, after pleading guilty to mid-range drink driving.

She had tried to avoid a conviction by hiring a high-profile defence barrister, but wasn’t granted any leniency by the judge.
Outside court, a tearful Michelle said: ‘I would like to take this opportunity to express my deep remorse, shame and humiliation [over] this incident and extreme lack of judgment.
‘I would like to apologise to my family, friends and community for this gross error in judgment and the consequences of these actions will haunt me forever.
‘I ask for your forgiveness to my greater community and my family and I thank you for your support.’

Michelle blew 0.086 when she was pulled over in her Range Rover with son Axel, in the car about 11.25am on Australia Day.
