And on Monday episode, Connie Crayden raised eyebrows when she gifted her ‘groom’ Jonethen Musulin shorts, with her face printed all over them.

‘Stage five clinger Connie shorts,’ one user tweeted, describing her gift.

‘How do I make custom swimmers because I want some with my dogs’ faces on them?’ another asked.

And while some viewers found her final attempt at trying to impress her ‘groom’ odd, her partner Jonethen didn’t have any issue with the gift.

Instead, he rushed to put them on before he headed to the ocean for a surf.

‘We’ve had some ridiculous laughs. Like, she’s such a funny chick,’ he added during his piece-to-camera.

It comes after he admitted that he was finally starting to develop feelings for Connie, confessing he was happy she persistently wrote ‘stay’.

‘When she brought out the scrapbook, I was a little choked up. For me, I’m a visual cue guy, and it was… kind of like the proof was in the pudding,’ he admitted.

‘I’m looking at it and I’m like, “Look how much we’ve done.” It was really, really lovely and a really thoughtful and sincere thing for her to do.

‘For me, that scrapbook kind of summarised our whole relationship really well, and I’m so glad she spent the time to do it.’

As they enjoyed a nighttime picnic under fairy lights at the beach, Jonethen told a pleasantly surprised Connie their time together had been an ‘amazing experience’.
