Mama June has not been returning the many phone calls made by her worried daughters.
That is what 20-year-old Lauryn ‘Pumpkin’ Shannon confessed during a teaser for the new WeTV show Mama June: Family Crisis, which will debut on Friday.
The 40-year-old ‘Mama June’ Shannon has not been spending time with her children ever since she was arrested for drug possession in March 2019 in Alabama.

The TV vet has since been seen with her boyfriend Eugene ‘Geno’ Doak in various hotels and casinos.
‘She doesn’t even answer our phone calls. It goes to voicemail,’ Pumpkin said in a clip shared on Tuesday.
She has also tried to contact Mama June’s boyfriend Geno, but he doesn’t answer his phone either. She said: ‘Geno’s phone goes to voicemail.’

Also in the clip was Alana ‘Honey Boo Boo’ Thompson, who used compete in beauty pageants on the family’s first show Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.
The 14-year-old child’s legal guardian is now her older sister Pumpkin after Mama was arrested a year ago.
The teenager said: ‘Or they’ll say all their phones are dead and they were sleeping.’

Pumpkin added: ‘It’s gotten so low to this point, like, what more is there to do?’
‘What more can we physically do for her? I mean, we tried to send her to rehab. The network even gave her the opportunity that anybody in their right f***ing mind would take. She checked out within less than 24 hours.’
And Pumpkin’s husband Joshua Efird also spoke.
Jokes: Also in the teaser was family friend Doe Doe. She did not seem to have too many hopes for Mama June and questioned how long she can go on a spending spree in casinos with Doak. ‘Why come home when they can go to the casino and Geno can spend all the money?’ she asked
‘The bad thing about it is everything and anything that was in the car, or whatever they got arrested for, June took credit for all of it,’ said Joshua Efird.
‘Because of that she could literally get years behind bars,’ added Pumpkin.
Mama June was arrested on ‘possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia charges’ after she allegedly had crack cocaine and a crack pipe on her in March 2019.

And her boyfriend was also arrested. He was charged with ‘third-degree domestic violence, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia,’ according to the Macon County Sheriff’s Department.
They were both charged with felonies in September. If they are convicted they could be sent to prison, according to The Blast.

Mama June and her family rose to fame in 2012 with TLC’s child beauty pageant show Toddlers and Tiaras, and soon after came Here Comes Honey Boo Boo.
During their spinoff From Not to Hot, Mama lost 300lbs.
