SPOILER ALERT: Married At First Sight’s Stacey Hampton was ‘an absolute mess’ and had a ‘meltdown’ following the final dinner party after being confronted over allegations she cheated with Mikey Pembroke

Married At First Sight’s Stacey Hampton is set to face allegations she cheated with Mikey Pembroke in tonight’s dinner party.

And an unnamed participant claimed to WHO that the accusations take its toll on the law graduate and mother-of-two, 26.

Ahead of the reunion with the experts, which will be aired on Sunday, the insider said the explosive claims thrown at her caused her to become an ‘absolute mess before the reunion’.

Claims: An unnamed Married At First Sight participant told WHO magazine that Stacey Hampton (pictured) was ‘an absolute mess’ and had a ‘meltdown’ after allegations she cheated with groom Mikey Pembroke were revealed at the final dinner party, airing Tuesday

‘Her anxiety was through the roof and she was extremely nervous about going inside and being confronted by everyone again because she knew she was going to cop it from all angles. She had a total meltdown.’

They told the publication that Stacey was completely shocked when the cheating accusation was brought up, by fellow bride Natasha Spencer, and denied it.

Even the cast was rocked by the allegations as Stacey claimed to be the victim after her husband Michael cheated on her with Hayley.

She added: ‘I had to go on Valium for the final episode’.

This comes after former contestant David Cannon revealed that an explosive confrontation between brides Natasha Spencer and Stacey would take place on tonight’s episode.

Speaking to podcast Not Here To Make Friends on Monday, David said that Natasha reveals the affair that happened between ‘husband’ Mikey Pembroke and Stacey.

‘Natasha stands up and she goes “ding ding ding” on her glass. She goes, “Thank you everyone for coming, past and present”,’ David explained on the show.

‘Then she goes to Stacey and goes, “And thank you Stacey for f**king my husband”. And that was round one.’

David goes on to say that Mikey attempted to provide evidence of the affair – which Stacey has denied, but even so, David still ‘doesn’t know who to believe’.

He said: ‘Mikey gets his phone out and there’s a lot of stuff that goes on. He pulls out receipts, pulls out messages, it was very contrived. Everything was very wishy-washy.

‘Still to this day… I like Mikey and I like Stacey as individuals, but I still don’t know who to believe.’

Married At First Sight continues Tuesday at 7.30pm on Channel Nine
