Jules Robinson announced last week she was pregnant with her first child.
And the Married At First Sight star, 37, flaunted her bump in a $320 slip dress from Pasduchas on Friday in a bizarre photo shoot with her husband, Cameron Merchant.
The reality TV lovebirds hammed up for the camera while posing as a doctor and patient on a hospital-themed set.

Jules used a prop stethoscope to listen to Cameron’s heartbeat as he reclined on a hospital bed with a bemused look on his face.
‘Good heart, kind heart, big heart, open heart. Yep, you’re going to be one amazing father,’ she wrote in the caption.
‘Have a “good Friday” everyone! P.S. this isn’t really a hospital, it’s a set and we couldn’t help ourselves.’
Speaking on the I Quit My Day Job podcast earlier this week, Jules revealed she was craving carbs since becoming pregnant.

‘For the last four months I just have toast, Vegemite on toast, honey on toast,’ she said. ‘Just that little carb in the morning to kickstart my day, otherwise I just feel sick.’
The shapewear designer added that ‘Weet-Bix and carbs are a go-to’.
On Wednesday, Jules indulged in a mushroom and lamb ragout during a self-isolation ‘date night’ with Cameron.
